Berkeley Madonna offers an incredibly fast, general purpose differential equations solver, which can handle large, memory-intensive models. Academic and commercial institutions use the software for for constructing mathematical models for research and teaching, solving ordinary differential equations, difference equations, multi-dimensional transcendental algebraic equation roots, and discrete simulations using conveyors, ovens, queues and more. The graphical interface provides an intuitive platform using symbols rather than writing equations, with a suite of tools for plotting results.
